Henry & Henry Limited was established on 18 September 1991 as a Trading Company. It took over the entire business of Henry International Agency, which was established in 1989 by the promoter, and Chief Executive, Mr. Henry Emenike Ezike.

The Company has grown from a modest beginning, into a big time importer of goods while, supplying the large need of remote villages and great urban centers with necessities in the areas of transport, consumables, beverages and ancillary services.

Henry & Henry Limited is a wholly owned indigenous company, managed by a team of experienced executives who are dedicated to responding to customers needs. In addition, overseas partners, who provide expert back up services, ably support the company. Over the years, the company has established a reputation for importation of quality and basic products such as bicycles, motorcycles, and motor spare parts, ceramics, fruit drinks, clothing among many other items.

The company is the sole representatives in Nigeria and the West African sub-region, of a number of reputable international companies and has close business and trade ties with a wide range of manufacturers worldwide.
